NickServ maintains a database with addresses that
are allowed to use the nickname without using the nickname password. That can
come in handy, since by adding an access mask you can use your nickname without
having to type the password every time you join, or you can give a friend access
to your nickname without giving them the password.
You can remove access masks from this database using the ACCESS DEL
command. The format is:
/msg NickServ ACCESS DEL user@your.isp.com
If you are not sure what your access mask is, then please visit #DALnetHELP,
since deleting an improper access mask, will make NickServ ask you for your
password every time you join DALnet.
After making changes you can use the LIST
command to view the new access masks.
